Based on the results of such a due diligence study, we draft the action plan of the target company’s acquisition (term sheet) and suggest an acquisition structure that is the most efficient and best adjusted to your needs. We offer our support at each single stage of the acquisition, including SPA negotiation and implementation, including obtaining required corporate consents and administrative permits. We assume the M&A project to be completed not at the moment the acquiring company takes control over the acquired target, but once internal restructuring of the acquired target has been carried through . Such a restructuring project is executed in mind with the acquisitor’s needs, plans, and intentions.
