We are well experienced as far as the real estate disposition is concerned, including contributing real estate into the company’s capital as contribution in kind.

When providing our legal services, we suggest performing real estate due dilligence. The results of such a due diligence study is presented in our brief report, which indicates, among others, the risks related to the legal title acquisition, limitation in the real estate disposition and any other issues which are important for the future real estate owner or user. We also provide legal services entailing drafting and negotiating real estate lease contracts, including long term lease contracts of the land developed with industrial or commercial (commercial centers) buildings. We also offer our support to hotel and residential housing developers. If required, we represent our clients in real estate cases before courts.
